Green Tea is very important supplement for our body, because it provides support to our body. It is helpful to loose extra weight, reduce cholesterol level in our body automatically we will save our selves from heart diseases and other stomach diseases.


If we take 3 to 4 cups of Green Tea in a day, specially, after breakfast lunch and dinner we will be more active, active all the day and feel relaxed.
