International orders for his arrest was carried out by the judicial police and "I what Takih and" stresses the fight Tourism

Police stopped the interests of judicial security Tangier, appeared the day before yesterday (Monday), U.S. Mbhotha him on the international level in order to follow-up crimes of child sexual abuse.
The sources reported «morning that the accused stopped apartment taken up residence temporary Avenue Mohammed V, to be transferred to the police regional security interest before completing the rest of the procedural actions, then checked in jail awaiting extradition decree to America, a country that you require. According to the same sources that the arrest of the suspect, was based on an international warrant issued by the judicial authorities of America, and move the Moroccan police have been on notice of the organization «Interpol», stating that the person concerned Quested him for crimes of sexual abuse of minors, The FAO's latest move built on the seeker of the FBI.
It is expected that the accused had been jailed pending the completion of the set of actions procedural imposed by law, which begins his offer first on the agent King Tangier, then the Solicitor General to the Court of Cassation, to decide the last in order delivered or not, and the issuance of the decision to approve of the Court of Cassation, referred leaves the accused to create the extradition decree signed by the Ministers of Justice and freedoms, Interior and Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, as well as the Secretary General of the Government, then the head of government.

Palestine has succeeded in becoming a nonmember observer state at the U.N

Palestine has succeeded in becoming a nonmember observer state at the U.N. The victory was a landslide with 138 “yes” votes, 41 abstentions and nine “no” votes.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas received a standing ovation following his pre-vote speech, in which he asked the General Assembly to issue a “birth certificate” for Palestine.
8:00 a.m.
: On Thursday, Palestine is set to win U.N. recognition as a nonmember state, despite aggressive opposition from the U.S.. The result is assured with 132 of the U.N.’s 193 member states having already recognized a putative state of Palestine and pledges from nations including France and Spain to vote “yes.” What the upgrade for Palestine to “nonmember” state will mean — especially in terms of conflict resolution — is less clear.
For many U.N. member states, the vote is a means to strengthen Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ hand over his rival Hamas, especially following the militant group’s bump in popularity following Israel’s military assault on Gaza this month. Abbas has said he will use a victory in the General Assembly to return to the negotiating table with Israel and push his condition that Israel freeze the growth of settlements.
Israel has also backed off threats that it would cancel the Oslo peace accords, topple Abbas’ leadership and dismantle the Palestinian Authority.  Both Israel and the U.S. have argued that the statehood bid undermines efforts toward direct negotiations between Israelis and Palestinians — but supporters of the bid have stressed that Israel’s unheeded settlement expansions have left serious negotiations at an impasse for some years.
However, with Palestinian U.N. statehood a fait accompli, Israel has walked back on harsh threats and is instead downplaying the vote’s importance. “Israel says the Palestinian leadership will instead be judged on how it uses the new non-member state status at the UN, particularly over asking the international criminal court (ICC) to investigate alleged Israeli war crimes,” reported the Guardian.
And indeed, the ICC, perhaps even more than the U.N., is the institution to be watching when considering the relevance of Palestinian statehood recognition. Britain is prepared to vote “yes” on Thursday, but only on the condition that Palestinians refrain from applying for membership of ICC in order to pursue Israel for war crimes. Earlier this year, the prosecutor of the ICC refused to act upon the January 2009 declaration by Palestine of “acts committed on the territory of Palestine since 1 July 2002.” The prosecutor then said that he lacked authority to determine whether Palestine was a state, noting it was a matter for the General Assembly to decide.
With Palestinian statehood recognized, Abbas has stronger grounds for another ICC application. However, as Mark Leon Goldbergargued at the Daily Beast, there is a “remote possibility at best” that international war crimes charges will be brought against Israeli officials.
Although, as William A. Schabas, professor of international law at Middlesex Univeristy, noted this week, the allegations of war crimes and crimes against humanity perpetrated in Gaza in early 2009 as detailed in the Goldstone report on Gaza are “credible and serious.” The Daily Beast’s Goldberg points out that the ICC will almost certainly not act on them:
[P]ursuing charges against Israelis would be tantamount to political suicide for the court. It would not be unreasonable to think that several European countries would hold back their funding for the ICC, which is already cash-strapped. The U.S. is not a member, but the Obama administration has developed a productive working relationship with the ICC over the past 5 years. That would change overnight and Washington would almost certainly re-start a campaign to delegitimize the court around the world. The U.S. could even resume efforts—championed by John Bolton in the early 2000s—to condition bilateral American assistance to the recipients’ rejection of the ICC.
Finally, even if the court did decide to pursue charges, it would be unable to apprehend wanted suspects. The court has no police powers. It relies on governments to arrest and extradite the accused. Israel certainly would not turn over its own officials, and neither would Israel’s numerous allies around the world. Alleged war criminals would easily evade justice—a problem that is already undermining the credibility of the court.
The ICC is primarily a legal institution, but it is not sealed off to the dynamics of international power politics. Palestinian membership to the ICC is a feature of Palestinian statehood and some states are weaker than others. The ICC has very little to gain and everything to lose from pursuing charges against Israel.
Comments from the Palestinian observer at the U.N., Riyad Mansour, made clear that Palestinians have nonetheless not taken appeals to the ICC off the table. Via the Guardian:
“I don’t believe that we are going to be rushing the second day to join everything related to the United Nations, including the ICC,” [Mansour] said.
But Mansour said that if Israel continued to violate international law, in particular by continuing Jewish settlement construction in the occupied territories, then the Palestinians would have to consider “what should we do next to bring Israel into compliance?”
“We’re not in the business of trying to prolong this conflict and settle scores,” he said. “But we are not fools nor dummies. If they don’t move in that direction … then all of us should be considering all other possible options in order to bring them into compliance.”
Whether or not Palestine pursues war crimes charges against Israel is thus likely to be a matter of international debate and strong-arming going forward. Israel’s comment that it will “judge” Palestine on “how it uses” its new status was an explicit warning over pursuing the ICC.
Meanwhile, Thursday’s vote is an important marker in and of itself. As the Guardian’s Ian Black commented, “No one involved in the frenetic diplomacy surrounding Thursday’s decision can be unaware that it was on that day in 1947 that the fledgling world body voted to partition the Holy Land into Jewish and Arab states. The timing was deliberately chosen by Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, because of that echo.” As such, Palestinian recognition by the General Assembly on Nov. 29 is historically resonant. Whether it’s an historic achievement depends on what happens next, which U.N. votes cannot determine.

Haniyeh: the representation of Palestine crowning victory Gaza

Welcomed the President of the Palestinian government in the Gaza Strip Ismail Haniyeh on Friday to snap up the rights of the Palestinian state in any political forum, subject to compliance with the Palestinian constants and not waived, considering it "the culmination of the victory of Gaza."

Haniyeh said in a speech after Friday prayers during and solidarity with the prisoners in front of the headquarters of the Red Cross in Gaza City: "We welcome this vote and we welcome this announcement and this step but on the basis of commitment to the fundamentals of the Palestinian people on the basis of non-recognition of the Israeli entity and the rule of non-waiver an inch of the land of Palestine. "

He added: "What happened in the Assembly of the United Nations is the culmination of the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and its struggles, sacrifices and Takeda victory achieved Gaza."

Haniyeh continued: "It is one of the landmarks diplomatic and political victory but to turn this resolution into practical reality and to the State on the ground, we need to continue resistance and jihad and we need to devote Palestinian unity on a strategy of resistance and constants."

He considered backing of 138 countries in the United Nations for a Palestinian state on the Palestinian territories, lifting the lid on Israeli entity.

For his part, member of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Moussa Abu Marzouk, on his Facebook page "I got Palestine as an observer state and this is a good political achievement, but it will not change anything."

He stressed that "the Palestinians have to Arsoa their ranks and join forces and يتفاهموا on a national program and one based on the resistance definitely we will achieve a state on the part of our land and its sovereignty will be added and full membership."

Palestine Thursday became the state as an observer in the United Nations, after a historic vote in the General Assembly of the United Nations cheered its impact on Palestinians in Ramallah and Gaza and opposed by the United States and the Israeli occupation.

Facebook and Zynga to end close relationship

Facebook and Zynga have amended an agreement that gave the games developer strong access to the social network's one billion users.
Zynga is the developer behind Farmville, a game once mostly played on Facebook, which at its peak attracted 82 million players a month.
Zynga now has its own games platform, but players will no longer be able to share their progress on Facebook.
Zynga's share price fell by 13% in after-hours trading following the news.
It is the latest blow for the company, which last month announced job cuts and studio closures.
The change, which will take place from 31 March 2013, ends Zynga's ability to promote its Zynga.com platform on Facebook.
The move also means it will no longer be required to display Facebook advertising on its own site.
"There was plenty of speculation Zynga was getting referrals within the Facebook community that other gaming companies weren't getting which helped drive web traffic to Zynga games," Digital World Research chief executive PJ McNealy said.
Facebook said the move would bring its relationship with Zynga in line with other games studios.
"We have streamlined our terms with Zynga so that Zynga.com's use of Facebook Platform is governed by the same policies as the rest of the ecosystem," the social network giant said in a statement.
"We will continue to work with Zynga, just as we do with developers of all sizes."
Facebook has not announced plans to build its own games platform.
Recent figures suggest 80% of Zynga's revenue comes from Facebook users.
In an email to staff in October 2012, Zynga founder Mark Pincus said the company would close its Boston studio and consider closing studios in the UK and Japan as part of an "overall cost reduction plan".

US birth rate falls to record low

The US birth rate hit a record low last year, led by the decline in child-bearing among foreign-born women, according to a Pew study.
The overall US birth rate decreased by 8% between 2007-10, and by 6% among US-born women, found the data.
The rate fell sharpest for those hardest hit by the recession: 14% among foreign-born women and 23% among Mexican immigrant women in particular.
The 2011 rate was the lowest since 1920, when such records began.
Previous research by Pew concluded that states with the largest economic downturn from 2007-08, were most likely to have experienced fertility declines.
Foreign and US-born Hispanic women have experienced the largest fall in household wealth since 2007.
But increased access to contraception for Latino women may also be playing a part in the falling birth rate, according to the National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health.
Foreign-born mothers continue to give birth to a disproportionate share of the nation's newborns.
Last year there were 3.95 million total US births, according to the preliminary data from Pew Research Center.
The overall US birth rate was 63.2 per 1,000 women of child-bearing age.
It peaked in 1957 during the Baby Boom years, reaching 122.7 per 1,000 women.

Childhood obesity 'can be predicted by check at birth'

Researchers say a baby's chance of being obese in childhood can be predicted at birth using a simple formula.
The formula combines several known factors to estimate the risk of obesity.
The authors of the study, published in PLos One, hope it will be used to identify babies at risk.
Childhood obesity can lead to many health problems, including Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Researchers from Imperial College London looked at 4,032 Finnish children born in 1986 and at data from two further studies of 1,503 Italian children and 1,032 US children.
They found that looking at a few simple measurements, such as a child's birthweight and whether the mother smoked, was enough to predict obesity.
Previously it had been thought that genetic factors would give bigger clues to later weight problems, but only about one in 10 cases of obesity is the result of a rare gene mutation that affects appetite.
Obesity in children is rising, with the NHS estim
15% of girls in England are now obese.
The risk factors for obesity are already well known, but this is the first time these factors have been put together in a formula.
Prof Philippe Froguel from Imperial College London, who led the study, said that prevention was the best strategy. Once obese, a child can find it difficult to lose weight.
"The equation is based on data everyone can obtain from a newborn, and we found it can predict around 80% of obese children.
"Unfortunately, public prevention campaigns have been rather ineffective at preventing obesity in school-age children. Teaching parents about the dangers of overfeeding and bad nutritional habits at a young age would be much more effective.
"The message is simple. All at-risk children should be identified, monitored and given good advice, but this costs money."
Prof Paul Gately, a specialist in childhood obesity at Leeds Metropolitan University, said a tool like this would help the NHS target specific people at risk rather than the "scattergun one-size-fits-all approach, which we know does not work".
"Rather than spending money on a huge number of people, we can be more specific and spend appropriately. We may not save money in the short-term but it will be spent more wisely and could reduce [obesity-related] NHS bills in the future.
"We've done a great job of outlining that obesity is a serious issue but we have made the general public paranoid that everyone is at risk.
"Tools like this will help change that attitude. Once we use the tool, we need intervention programmes for children at a greater risk."

Highest-ever HIV diagnoses in gay men

The number of gay and bisexual men being diagnosed with HIV in the UK reached an "all-time high" in 2011, according to the Health Protection Agency (HPA).
It said there had been a "worrying" trend since 2007, with more and more new cases each year.
Nearly half of the 6,280 people diagnosed last year were men who had sex with other men (MSM).
Overall, one in 20 MSM are infected with HIV.
Of those diagnosed in 2011, nearly two-thirds had not been to a sexual health clinic in the previous three years.

The HPA said the figures showed there was "room for improvement" in testing people in at-risk groups.
Dr Valerie Delpech, the organisation's head of HIV surveillance, told the BBC: "Obviously this is a serious illness and it is worrying that we're still seeing a lot in men who have sex with men and this is a record year.
"Transmission in the UK is largely sexual, so safe sex is the best way to prevent yourself getting HIV."
Rising
The total number of people living with HIV in the UK rose to 96,000, up from 91,500 the previous year. The issue is most intense in London.
Due to advances in drug treatment, having HIV should not affect life-expectancy.
However, the data suggests that one in four people with HIV are completely unaware of the infection, meaning they cannot receive treatment and may still be spreading the virus.
The chief executive of the National Aids Trust, Deborah Jack, said: "It is vitally important that gay men test at least once a year for STIs [sexually transmitted infections] and HIV, and every three months if they're having unprotected sex with new or casual partners.
"HIV-negative gay men diagnosed with an STI should really treat it as a 'wake up call'. You are at serious risk of getting HIV in the near future and need to take steps to prevent that happening - such as consistent condom use and reduction in number of sexual partners."
Sir Nick Partridge, the chief executive at the Terrence Higgins Trust, said: "HIV is an entirely preventable condition, yet each year we see thousands more people across the UK receive this life-changing diagnosis.
"Reducing undiagnosed HIV by encouraging those in high-risk groups to test more regularly is one way we can put the brakes on the spread of infection."

Israel to build 3,000 settler homes after UN vote

Israel has authorised the construction of 3,000 more housing units in occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank, according to Israeli officials.
It is also speeding up the processing of 1,000 planning permissions.
The Palestinian Authority has said it will not return to peace talks without a freeze in settlement building.
The decision comes a day after a vote at the UN General Assembly upgraded the Palestinians' status at the UN to that of non-member observer state.
According to the Israeli Haaretz newspaper, some of the new units will be between Jerusalem and the settlement of Maaleh Adumim.
Plans to build settlements in the area, known as E1, are strongly opposed by Palestinians, who say the development will cut the West Bank in two, preventing the creation of a contiguous Palestinian state.
The move is a first indication of Israeli anger, less than 24 hours after the vote on Palestinian status was held at the UN, the BBC's Kevin Connolly in Jerusalem reports.
The Palestinians may well have been expecting this - or something like it - but it is a reminder that the gulf between the two on the settlement issue remains huge, our correspondent adds.
Earlier this month, a paper by the Israeli foreign ministry described the Palestinians' pushing for the vote as "crossing a red line that will require the harshest Israeli response".
About 500,000 Jews live in more than 100 settlements built since the occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem. The settlements are considered illegal under international law, though Israel disputes this.
'Political theatre'
Earlier on Friday, Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said the UN vote was "negative political theatre" that would "hurt peace".

The General Assembly voted by 138-9 to recognise the Palestinians as a non-member observer state, with 41 states abstaining.
The Palestinians can now take part in UN debates and potentially join bodies like the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said it was the "last chance to save the two-state solution" with Israel
Two decades of on-off negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA) in the West Bank have failed to produce a permanent settlement, with the latest round of direct negotiations breaking down in 2010.
In January, several months of indirect "proximity talks" ended without any progress.
Palestinian negotiators insist that the building of Jewish settlements on occupied land must stop before they agree to resume direct talks.
Their Israeli counterparts say there can be no preconditions.
Mr Abbas was much criticised by many Palestinians for remaining on the sidelines of the conflict between the militant Hamas movement and Israel earlier this month in Gaza.

Scolari has already lead the team to win his fifth World title through the 2002 World Cup in South Korea and Japan and hoped his sixth title of the next tournament to be hosted by Brazil in 2014.

It is expected that Scolari has strong support from compatriot Carlos Alberto Parreira former coach of the team and had been given the Brazilian Federation as technical coordinator.

And Parreira has already led the Brazilian team to win the 1994 World Cup in the United States but with him out of the quarter-finals in the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

Parreira is consistent with Scolari in their vision for the next phase, which focused on the need to win the World Cup title in light of the tournament, Brazil.
